Today's Letters: Dear Valentine, this weekend you taught me how to change a flat tire on the Fart Box. Thanks for making me feel like I could survive the concrete jungle like Bear Grylls. Dear Garden & Gun, you maybe might be my new favorite magazine. Who knew you'd be filled with southern eats, bluegrass music, impeccable style, and dreamy vacation spots? HOOKED. Dear 3 Mile Walk, you were the best part of yesterday afternoon. Looking forward to taking more of you this Spring. Dear Husband (who always gets two letters), love you more than burlap TOMS, Kavu hats, and t-shirts from Local123. Over and out.

What's your favorite way to stay active?
Walking? Running? Yoga?
HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY, HOMIES!
Be sure and check back later today for two special posts you won't wanna miss!

I love to walk! Also, took a spin class for the first time, how fun!

I love hiking to stay in shape! It doesn't even feel like I'm 'working out', I get great views with great people, experience God's creation, and if I'm lucky I might see some wildlife!

Happy Valentine's Day

I am like the laziest lazy bean ever lol. I'd rather curl up with a book than go for a walk lol. I'm so rubbish lol. Then again I am thinking about trying Yoga or Pilates cos then I can stay in side and still exercise lol. My Housemate keeps encouraging me to do Tae Bo but I really struggle lol.

paddleboarding and geocaching. husband and i paddleboard everyday during the spring and summer when the weather is awesome and the gulf is clear and flat. and geocaching is just a fun way of feeling like your treasure hunting, goonies style.

Spin class! I have a love/hate relationship with it. I feel amazing afterward (and where else can you burn 1000 calories in an hour) but I want to die frequently during :) Riding bikes with my hubby in the summer is great too, but I get more of a workout when there are other people that I am competing against...even if they don't know that I am!

P90X! I love it because I can do it at home before going to work or class. It's great! It will kick your arse though!

The wife and I like to go running - that way we don't feel guilty about our evening bowl of ice cream :)

Also, thanks for posting the link to the hat - I was just about to ask where he got it.

Just finished a 30 day pass at an amazing yoga studio. Would do it every day if I could, but I also love a good run. Walking isn't bad either, especially on a beautiful day at the lake. Happy Love Day Em and Tim!

Running! I've been running since high school. I'm not very fast but it's my go-to exercise.

We took a walk yesterday too. So nice.

Garden & Gun is my FAVORITE magazine. Don't you just love it? The weather was so great this weekend - walking is definitely my workout of choice, although trying to work up to running. We'll see how it goes. Happy Valentine's Day!

Running for sure. There is nothing like it in my opinion! However, I haven't tried paddleboarding! Happy Valentine's Day Em and Tim!

Hiking! Especially in the springtime.

Also, learning to change a tire is a good life lesson...I still have never had to do it and I'm anxiously awaiting the day when necessity will force this experience upon me! :p
