Today's Letters: Dear Mr. Loerke, the past 9 days of vacation with you were more magical than Mary Poppin's carpet bag. They were practically perfect in every way. Dear Paper Packages Tied with String, you are my favorite. Of all time. In the history of the world. That's all. Dear Dallas, I had hoped your food trailer park would be ready by Fall, however, I know that good things take time. Already looking forward to my first meal of 2012! Dear Husband, this morning you left for WORK. One word: HOLYSH%TBALLS.

Happy Freakin Monday, Homies! What was your favorite childhood movie? Twinner and I could watch Mary Poppins for days while living off of nothing but Fruit Roll-ups and Gushers.

And a special thank you to our readers for being so understanding about our time away from the blog last week. We had a wonderful time in Mexico and will be posting photos of our vacation on Thursday! Also, a couple of weeks ago we asked you guys what you'd like us to keep doing, stop doing, and start doing on the blog. We've reviewed your requests and would like to announce that Tim Tam will now be writing letters on Tuesdays so FPF can have an entire day on the blog to themselves. We will also try and incorporate more recipes and guest letter writers from time to time. In addition, our MR340 Race Updates will begin posting on Sunday's. This weekend we already have some HUGE news to share with you regarding our race, so get ready!

XOXO

Glad to have some extra awesome reading material again, but even more glad that you had a fantastic time in Mexico. I have to claim Mary Poppins as one of my childhood (and current) favorites as well. That movie is filled with great material for random singing/dancing bursts. I have a few other favorites, but I really only watched a few films when I was young, because I didn't consistently have a TV until I was a teenager. So I read more when I was young. BTW, Mr. Poppers Penguins is coming out (so excited)!

My fav movie of all time and it's so funny you mention it today bc yesterday a little girl at my church was pushing me in a bench swing and would ask me every few seconds if I liked it so I started singing that "I love to laugh" song but inserting swing for laugh and she just giggled and loved it and even sang with me some!!

Yeah!! Tim Tam Tuesdays! I saw that suggestion, happy you are going with it.

I envy ya'll that food trailer park...you KNOW there's gonna be some D to the Licious food there!!!

I had no idea we were getting a food park! Yippeeeee!!

I don't think I could put my finger on ONE favorite movie as a kid...some favorite included The Little Mermaid, The Sword in the Stone, Independence Day, and The Secret Garden. I also watched a lot of random low-budget religious productions (Gospel Bill, Greatest Adventure: Stories From the Bible, etc.)

The funny thing is, I didn't even see Mary Poppins until I was an adult! How did I miss that one!?
