Today's Letters: Dear Mr. Loerke, yesterday was your day off but you chose to get up early and take my car into the shop. Thanks from the bottom of my rotors for serving me in this way. Dear Sifter, I'm not sure why I always avoided you, but you make flour as soft as Woobie. (Insert all time favorite kitchen gadget here). Dear California & New York, two fist pumps and a leg shimmy for being so faithful to read Today's Letters. Btw, the Mr. and I maybe might have destination crushes on you both. Dear Husband, last night I found you in a tiny ball on the living room floor. I thought you were trying to be invisible. But you said you were trying to make yourself small enough to fit into our suitcase. T-minus 19 h0urs until our next big adventure. Can't wait!

Do you ever use pancake or waffle mix? If you sift it, your pancakes will be less lump and more velvety. Did you like the Chuao chocolate I sent you?
