Today's Letters: Dear Mr. Loerke, Saturday's hot date night = one of my favorites of 2011. Thank you for being intentional to pursue me! Dear Hot Buttons, sometimes you make me say four letter words; a small price to pay for warm jeans straight out of the dryer. Dear Mel McKee, who knew terrycloth dorsal fins could be so cute? Can't wait for the Pony Express to deliver this little guy for your cutie bambino. Dear Husband, after leaving for Austin yesterday you called to say I could sleep in your scrubs, watch any of the combat shows you recorded on our DVR, and eat the leftover chocolate you had been saving in your lab coat. Reason #254 why boy roommates are AWESOME.

HAPPY FREAKIN MONDAY, HOMIES!

What's something you don't thank your best friend for enough? (This was one of our Date Night questions from Saturday).

{Be sure and check back later this afternoon for our Monday MR340 Race Update!}

I would say the laundry. She will run loads left and right and fold them as well. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Getting up and getting me a drink because I forgot to get one before coming up stairs to bed - even though it means getting dressed again so he doesn't scare our housemate

my hubby gets me a fresh glass of ice water every single night before bed. :) he's really nice like that.

may sounds strange but after having a really hard year in 2010 - i've had issues sleeping - until my sister-in-law suggested the baby white noise machine she uses for our niece & nephew - it works like magic. but i usually forget to turn it on and my sweet husband always turns it on since i fall asleep 1st. he doesn't love the white noise machine but knows it helps so doesn't complain. really good guy. so great to hear that your date night was a hit!!!

I don't think I have ever thanked him for doing this... but I should. Every morning my boyfriend gets in the shower and sings at the top of his lungs and it puts the biggest smile on my face every time I hear it. He may not realize it, but it always puts me in a good mood and sets the tone for my day.

han & katie baba nielson, it's always the little things right?

ingrid, how was your wf's date night?? your comment about your beloved made me smile.

bailie, you have the right perspective. that would prob drive some women crazy but i love it that you're able to see the beauty in it. what's better than being woken up by someone you love singing in the shower?
