{Alaska Update: Day 7}

Today we ...

Visited Butchart Gardens in Victoria, Canada. The gardens are over 100 years old and contain 55 acres of some of the most amazing trees, plants, and flowers you've ever seen. Here are some of our faves ...

After the gardens we headed downtown to celebrate National Canada Day.

We saw flags.

Street performers.

Fan Tan Alley.

Defender 90's.

And got cavities from Roger's Chocolates.

Then we headed back to the ship for our final destination: Beloved Seattle.

Thanks to everyone who followed us on our journey! We had an AMAZING time and highly recommend adding an Alaskan cruise to your bucket list.

Normal letters will resume on Monday. Can't wait.

XOXO

scatterbox, thanks! it's only 3 ft wide making it the narrowest street in canada. it's where they filmed bird on a wire back in the 90's. http://www.imdb.com/video/screenplay/vi1039336217/

lady grey, shooting pictures is easy when you have a rock star camera. grateful for generous friends who who loan me their gear for trips like these :)

HEY!!! You came to my home town!! WOWwWwww Didn't expect to see my boyfriend's workplace featured in one of your posts! We actually went to see the fireworks the NEXT DAY!! too bad it wasn't the same day... then I might have magically picked you out of the crowd if we somehow managed to be in the same area at the same time... then I would have jumped up and down and been like "HEY I KNOW THEM!!!" and then you'd have funny looks on your faces until I tried to explain myself. Too bad. I'm so glad you enjoyed your time in Victoria! Thanks for writing this super awesome blog that has inspired me to tell the man I love that I love him more than coffee, Anchors, and Project Runway!
