Husband's Letters: Dear Mrs. Loerke, tonight we have a hot date with the couples in our Foundation Group. The guys are taking care of dinner and the girls are in charge of dessert. Can't wait to be your date! Dear General Surgery, you will be my last rotation and hardest one yet. Already looking forward to the new things you will teach me. Dear Readers, I will be taking the next 6 weeks off from writing letters on Friday's so I can focus on finishing PA school. But don't worry, you're going to love the guest letter writers Em has lined up for you. (I promise). Dear Emma, sometimes you make getting up in the morning a game. Good thing I was home yesterday so I could help you move one leg at a time.

Love,
Husband

Happy Freakin Friday, Homies! Are you a morning person or a night owl? I'm a morning person and I bet you can guess which one Em is based on this photo.

Night owl by nature, morning crabapple by necessity. ;)
Happy home stretch to ya!

I'm a night owl - I really don't like mornings! Chris on the other hand is like Tigger from Winnie The Pooh in the mornings he's pinging off the walls before I've even come round.

Hope your PA exams and assignments and things like that all go well - will send up some prayers :D

I'm definitely a morning person, but sometimes I wish I were a night owl! Going to bed at 9 p.m. is kind of embarrassing.

Night owl...all the way.

Total night owl. That's why I love being self-employed, and probably why I so rarely make breakfast appointments any more. :-)

I'm definitely more of a morning person.

Good luck on your final rotation, I'm sure you will be great and learn a ton!

husband and i are both morning peeps. 1st peeps at farmers markets on sat morning, 1st peeps at our Peets coffee, we are done with half of our day by the time some people are just starting to think of waking up.

I'm more of a morning person . . . couldn't sleep late if my life depended on it! I can be a night owl though when I get sucked into reading such great blogs like this one. Happy Weekend and good luck Tim!

I'm both. I love the late nights and early mornings. No matter when, or how much I sleep though, the hours of 7:30 to 9:00am will ALWAYS make me sleepy.

Congrats on the home stretch and bravely taking on difficult things! I throw confetti in your general direction. \0/

My husband always tells me in the morning how long he spent waking me up. He goes the slow cuddle route and tells me it takes 30 minutes sometimes! I'm definitely not a morning person.
Yesterday was six months of marriage for us, and I love your blog so much. Thanks for writing!!

I am most definitely a night owl. I'd rather stay up and hang out than waste my time sleeping!

Funny. I am certainly a morning person while my wife is not really even a night owl, but still not a morning person. I just discovered your blog and I love it. Here is a post my wife wrote about our morning routine: http://wp.me/p1nxLL-gF
