The last time I saw them play was in Denver when they opened for Bon Iver (insert greatest road trip of all time here).
In addition to watching Nathaniel rock out to Whimper and Wail we loved being introduced to a new band called The Beaten Sea.
Marked by their beards, banjos, and a female vocalist who could rival Karin Bergquist of Over The Rhine, you can't help but fall in love. Be sure and give them a listen. You know we wouldn't steer you wrong when it comes to music.

Bonus of living in Boulder / Denver area: You get to see Nathaniel Rateliff just hanging out on the street like I did tonight. Also, thank you for showing me The Beaten Sea!
