Today's Letters: Dear Mr. Loerke, after hanging out with some of your boys this weekend I was reminded once again how blessed we are to have such great friends. Heart you Carlos and Btown! Dear Smoke, on Saturday we tried your Blueberry & Ricotta Cheese Pancakes with Vanilla Poached Apricots and Cream. I don't think we've ever tasted something as d-to-the-licious as these. (Insert new Loerke favorite breakfast place here). Dear Mini Coopers, I'm not sure why you were stacked on top of each other like a gigantic sammy, but you gave me reason #743 why I love the Bishop Arts District. Dear Husband (who always gets two letters), this weekend you pointed out that our kayak has a gas tank. You. make. me. laugh.

HAPPY FREAKIN MONDAY, HOMIES!

What was the best thing you ate this weekend?

PS, We have two MR340 race posts coming up later today that you won't wanna miss!

Does Chinese Takeaway at my parents house count? I don't seem to have eaten that much else lol. I didn't have tea yesterday but ate lots of dried apricots and raisins lol. Lunch was a chicken sandwich.

It's toss up between the brownies I made last night (and shared with friends) or the chocolate chocolate chip pancakes I had on Saturday at lunch with a different friend. Come to think of it, maybe it was a little bit of the chocolate and a lot a bit of the company that made them better.
