Last night we made our 6th annual trip to the Texas State Fair with our dear friends the Grubb's. We ate: Fletcher's corny dogs, tornado taters, roasted corn, fried Frito pie, fried PB&J, fried butter, fried Pop Tarts, fried Texas Caviar, Dip n' Dots, a pickle, and a lemonade shake-up. Did I mention there was a 52ft man named Big Tex?

that's a LOT of fried food! At our fair, they had "fried coffee" I'm not even sure how that would work...

come to the Tulsa fair, we have donut burgers....as in the hamburger buns are actually krispy kreme donuts...

shandell, it is. we split everything between the four of us (except the fried butter and fried beer which the girls did not partake in). they had fried lattes at last years fair which was one of my faves. basically fried funnel cake with whipped cream, chocolate, and instant coffee flavoring on top. am curious about your fried cofee!

dede, it's basically like a fried biscuit covered in butter ... one of the boys faves. i tried it last year and once was enough for me.

kym & dustin, we use photoshop and sometimes iphoto. WE LOVE FLAIR. we also love sea turtles, avos, yurts, and mango trees. (so glad you made it to hawaii!)
