Husband's Letters: Dear Mrs. Loerke, I love taking evening walks with you. We have some of our best talks, I get to show you my latest tricks, and you come home with pockets full of acorns. Dear Men Who Read This Blog, Note to Self: WEAR MORE HOODIES (see comments from this post). Dear Camping Trip, you are one week away and I can't wait to sleep under the stars and smell like campfire. Dear Little, this is my favorite picture of you from the fair. You are wearing your blue bandanny, throwing fist pumps and leg kicks, and eating a corny dog covered in mustard (which I know is your way to avoid tasting your hot dog).

Love,
Husband

HAPPY FREAKIN WEEKEND!

What are you most looking forward to? (besides it being 10/10/10 on Sunday)

Dude for real Em, you want some corny dog with that mustard? I love it. I wouldn't have it any other way either.

I was looking forward to going to Yorkshire to see my best bud because it was her birthday two weeks ago but I had to cancel as I am car-less and public transport is either unreliable or too expensive (£160 for a train ticket!!!! OWWW)

Instead I am going to to tidy my room, clear out from under the bed and do washing - if the weather holds out I am going to play on the trampoline and see if my Housemate will take some action shots :) Also some of the stuff from under the bed will be going to the charity shop so I might have to talk nicely to my Dad and see if he'll drive me to the charity shop. (I have too much junk!)

What are you looking forward to Mr L?

On Wednesday evening for no reason at all I skipped down my friends street shouting "TO THE MOON!!!!" as we went to the car - my hubby official thinks I am nuts.

The KC Zoo to see the Polar Bears, ride the carousel, and feed the lorakeets. The Wizards game for our little one's first pro-soccer experience. Packing care packages with our church's middle schoolers so our college kids feel the love. Yay weekend!

Hope you all have a fabulous weekend!

Ornery comes home after four days and nights away. I am looking forward to sloppy kisses, snuggles in the biscuit and seeing his blue eyes shine with love. AND we have a webinar all weekend.

Celebrating a good friend's journey of weight loss. She has lost exactly 100 lbs since January!! We will all be in purple cheering her on as she runs a 5K on 10/10/10!

You guys are great - I'm new to your blog a few weeks ago and love it. The fun you two have together reminds me of me and my hubby. Inspiring. Most looking forward to: success in starting our family, and all the practice in the meantime :-)

The New Braunfels Farmers Market for some super fresh veggies, planting some mums around the house for some good fall juju, watching a little Tennessee football, and celebrating tres anos of marriage to the dear husband.

Thanks for the lovely look into your world each day, Em and Tim. It's an encouragement to appreciate the big and little adventures of life together. Oh, and thanks for turning us on to Mumford and Sons!

Happy weekend to you!

I love reading the Mr.'s letters. So endearing and sweet to see that he pays attention and knows all the little things that make you YOU. :)

I am looking forward to celebrating my dad's big 5-0 with a real barnyard dance, chocolate cake from the best bakery in town, and hot dogs with all the fixins! Then I will burn it all off with a 7-8-mile run and get my own mustard-slathered corny dog and a big fat cherry limeade from Sonic!

Han, I'm looking forward to some down time. The weather has been amazing as of late in Dallas, TX. Looking forward to a run, reading about random medical things, watching some football, and having a 3 day weekend...did I mention I get Columbus Day off? I don't think that has happened since elementary school. I don't even understand why it is a National holiday??? Shouldn't it be a European holiday? Strange.

By the way, I see some great weekends popping up throughout the comments. You all are great!!!

I guess it's cos Columbus found the Americas (As they were then on the 12th October which is actually Tuesday.

What do you know about Scoliosis? My friend is having an operation on Monday to straighten her back she's gotta stay in bed for like two weeks or something while the incisions heal a bit and stuff like that.

My housemate helped me with the tidying as well! I've changed the drawer knobs on my chest of drawers and now i'm going to make a bookcase how efficient am I? lol.

So, now I find myself wanting to say something by beginning with "Dear ________," and obviously I blame your blog. ;) Not that it's a bad thing!
