Our conversation that followed:
Me: What's in your toolbox?
Twinner: Huh? Are you serious or is that code for something?
Me: The red one. On your kitchen counter. Is that where you hide your silverware?
Twinner: How did you know?
Me: I'm your Twinner. We know these sorts of things. Good hiding spot.
Twinner: Thanks.
Me: How do you spell boloney?
Twinner: Bologna.
Me: Shit.
Twinner: Are you eating a bologna sandwich?
Me: Why can't we just spell words the way they sound.
Twinner: Tomorrow I'm bringing some homemade plumb & maple ginger compote to work for my steel cut oats.
Me: Ima gonna steel cut oats you.
Twinner: Ima gonna compote your bologna.
Me: Over and out.
Twinner: Bye.
And that is Reason #675 why I love my Twinner.
HAPPY (almost) FREAKIN WEEKEND, HOMIES!

Haha...you are your Twinner are awesome!
Yesterday I was playing Family Feud and the question was "what questions do twins get asked the most often?" (seven answers on the board). You totally would've rocked that category!
I'm a Twinner too! It really is the best.
I want that compote recipe!!!! Pretty please!!!!
I wish my texting was as exciting...agreed RE:spelling phonetically...
This is an awesome conversation. I love how absolutely random you are.
sweet - you both still speak twinage like you did when you were toddlers!
oh. my. compote. bologna. times. seventeen. thousand. and. fifty. one. (emo little pants!)*
just so you know... you made my day. but really, being twinners makes my day EVERY DAY*
heart you more than fbombs hollered at stupid kids driving untimely cars through intersections during bici bliss riding. (thanks for mailing me your helmet... i hope it's the size of texas)
ps. love you to the moony shaped like macaroni*
ps. @ amanda, the recipe is all to taste, but essentially i chopped up 6 large plumbs, 1/3 cup raw blue agave (or maple syrup), the juice of one orange, fresh ginger, about 1/3 cup of currants (or raisins), and a pinch of sea salt. combine all ingredients and simmer for about 45 minutes.
eat. with. a. spoon. because. it. is. oh. so. delish. (or on steel cut oaties, or ice-cream, or toast, or pancakes, or waffles, or on pretty much everything.
love,
twinner*
you two are hilarious. I hope that my husband sees this conversation because I'm always saying things like "I'm going to steel cut oats you" and he doesn't always see the humor in the nonsense :)
^
Lies. Horrible terrible lies.
You're the humor in the nonsense.
