{Today's Letters & Reason #985}

Today's Letters: Dear Mr. Loerke, yesterday you sent me an email asking if you could take me here on a hot date. Reason #985 why I love Thee. Dear Frank Sinatra, while I was getting ready for work this morning you were the first song that came on my iPod. Three points for getting me to snap and shimmy before 7am. Dear Teacup, everything about you makes me long for summer. You win. Dear Husband, I know we don't have Little's yet, but do you think we could buy this? Ima in love.

Seeing those flip flops and polka dotted bikini make me long for warmer weather! What's one reason you're looking forward to summer? I'll share with you one of my reasons soon ... exciting news to come! XOXO

Spending time at the cottage. This cold, grey, dreary day in Michigan leaves me longing for reading a book while floating in a tube tied to the pontoon boat as the husband trolls around the lake fishing.

Sunrise runs on the beach and the SF marathon with my bestest. I love the way the way the mornings feel when you know it's going to be a hot day, but it hasn't quite gotten there yet. And of course, there is nothing better than the smell of sunblock, road trips, and long days.

That puzzle is fab. I would like warmer weather so that I can go on the trampoline after work – at the moment it’s too cold, wet and dark to go on it. I can put the security light on but it’s still too cold/wet to go bounce  BRING ON THE SUMMER lol

Going to the water park! I love the water and I've figured out that it's much cheaper to buy a season pass to the local water park (that also gets me into the local amusement park) than buying a pass to a nearby community pool. It makes my summer wonderful!

being able to enjoy the gorgeous gulf in our backyard without an insane amount of tourists or crude oil. bp was a total buzz kill on our summer last year. jerks.

Holy crow. I think I just had a cute overload. Must. Buy. Puzzle. Immediately.

Sunny Florida skies, sugar white sandy beaches, punk #1 turning THREE, and the annual family reunion in Cape Cod is what I have to look forward to this summer. Unfortunately I won't get to share any of it with the Mr, we just found out he's being deployed (in March) to Kuwait for 6 months. :( Total mcbummer.

You're gonna have a little come summer, am I right?!? :-D

Summer in the North East = hot days, humid nights, open windows, and your choice of a few oscillating fans to speak into..."Luuuuuuke. Luuuuuuuke, I am your Father..."

so excited for summer! being in high school it offers most importantly a vacation. But im most excited to (fingers crossed) spend 5 weeks on Work Crew at Laity Lodge Youth Camp. The gorgeous hill country of leakey texas, surrounded my screaming kids, millions of stars, hayrides, rodeos, and the perfect river, what could possibly be better?

How much longer do we have again... haha

There is inches and inches of snow in my backyard right now... And this afternoon, I was watching a video online that had birds chirping in the background (one of my FAVORITE parts of spring). My heart nearly leapt out of my chest. It was kind of mind boggling to see snow out the window, but hear spring in my ears. I can't wait to hear those birds chirping as the weather gets warmer.
