Today's Letters: Dear Mr. Loerke, sometimes we take silly photos to remind us that all is right with the world. Mama always said laughter is the best medicine. Dear Accountability, you make all the difference. Period. Dear Friday Night Hot Date, you will be marked by Reeses Pieces, red hoodies, and extraterrestrials in bike baskets as we watch one of my favorite 80's movies under the stars. Can't wait! Dear Tim Tam, last night you ran into the door frame while performing your good night dance. Your most vulnerable and free self is what I find most attractive about you.

What are you most looking forward to this weekend? If you're a faithful reader of Today's Letters would you mind following our blog? We'd love to know who you are!

You're favorite movie gave me horrible nightmares-- the same one every night for a looong time as a child. I still can't look at that extra terrestrial who we shall not name to this day....creep.EE.

I am looking forward to spending time with the hubs. I get so bummed when he goes to work :(.

I am negotiating pool time, a round or two of disc golf and a banana split to share. (I almost won the banana split negotiations last night, but it took until after 8 - which is when out favorite spot closes...)

Have fun at the movies on Friday!

We're headed to Arkansas for an overnight canoe trip. I can only hope to come out with the guns, lats, & tan lines you have from your MR340 training.

My husband calls my long index finger my ET finger. Thank goodness he's so cute at this age.

Earth Wind and Fire concert tomorrow (although technically not on the weekend), is probably something I am really looking forward to. I would say Life of Pi, but I read 309 pages yesterday...which is my busiest day of the week...so I don't believe any shall be left for the weekend. I just could not put it down, thanks for the recommendation! But on the actual weekend I have a few more father's day cards to create, which I have officially turned my creative brain on for. Hurrah!

A "Goodnight dance"!? That sounds like fun!

I really have no plans this weekend, and that in itself is pretty darn exciting!

My mom and step dad are coming to town so I sense a few good meals, a trip to the beach and a visit to Ft. Sumter in my weekend!

Have fun at your movie! I saw Super 8 yesterday and it made me think of ET!

First time commenting! I am 17 and have been reading your blog for several months now. This weekend has started off on a pretty lousy note for me (read: my first boyfriend broke up with me today), but I am still looking forward to my time at work with horses this weekend. And riding. :) I also just found out I got the job I wanted working in an equine assisted learning program for special needs kids, so throwing some serious fist pumps and leg kicks about that despite a bruised heart. :) Thank you for making me smile on a daily basis!! You guys are one of the coolest married couples I have ever seen. :)
