Husband's Letters: Dear Mrs. Loerke, this weekend we pimped your ride with a rockin Yak rack. So excited to transfer your new / loaner river rocket to the race! Dear Hair, you are out of control. I know this because Em tells me I look like Doc from Back to the Future. Time to get a haircut. Dear Branch McKeaigg, you are our inspiration as Em paddles the KAW100 and I meet her at each checkpoint. Your new parents need to be with you rather than on the river. Our extra sweat and muscle fatigue will be joyful reminders of your new life! Dear River Princess, last night we tatted up your boat with your race sponsors. Seeing everyone's name reminded me that none of this would be possible without our friends, family, and generous readers!

How long do you typically wait to get a haircut?

April - September: No more than 4 weeks.
October - March: About 6 weeks, per my stylist, though it's SO hard for me to go that long betwen cuts.

Too long lol. I worked out that last year I didn't have a hair cut for about 6-8 months! That's not good for girlie long hair. Then again I think it was over a year before that.

It gets a full shave at least every other day (maybe one day I won't even need to do that).

I got chills reading about Baby Branch! Very encouraging that you all will continue through! I'm sure they appreciate it!

I typically get two haircuts a year. however, because my hair is curly and outta control, i often get it blown out to be all silky shiny like every 6-8 weeks. :)

p.s. LOVE back to the future!

longer than I should, probably about 6 months. My husband waits so long that we end up buzzing it because he gets so sick of trying to style it!

This blog makes my day, EVERYDAY. Such great inspiration for life and a healthy relationship. Striving to be as positive as y'all are everyday even as an unemployed new grad! :)
