Today's Letters: Dear Mr. Loerke, last night you asked if you could make me breakfast before my 6:30am class. Your thoughtfulness challenges the heck out of me. Dear Homies, only 100 more days until we're all singing Fra ra ra ra ra and drinking our Ovaltine. Don't forget to make your paper chain countdowns! Dear Mary McGuire, yesterday you brought me a bag of dehydrated apples to work. Three points for the extra cinnamon, four points for making me feel loved and known. Dear Husband, tonight you leave for a PA conference in Galveston. Permission to wear your unmentionables while watching episodes of Bear Grylls? Over and out.

What's your favorite dehydrated fruit?

I like dried Papaya - yum! At Christmas my Dad has a tub of fruit and nut mix - I would sit and pick out the papaya and pineapple or something like that - he'd get really annoyed at me because I'd put all the peanuts back and it would be come nut mix rather than fruit and nut lol.

So excited about Christmas - my challenge is to make or buy handmade presents rather than mass produced kind of presents.

Chris has a jumper that I adopt when he's away - but this time he took it away with him :(

apples! I like the organic ones at Starbucks actually (if I'm willing to pay an arm and a leg). And I've said it before, but thank you for inspiring me to love my husband like crazy and be as kind to each other as you two are. It's inspiring. : )

I'm a fan of dried mango and apricot, but I'm not brave enough to make them myself!

Also, I love wearing my husband's clothes around the house while he's gone too :-)
