Dear Mr. Loerke, when you found out that I might get the chance to fly fish in Ethiopia you went straight to Orvis and bought new line and flies for my 5 piece. Who are you? Dear Papa, yesterday your instructions for the 4th of July were to eat homemade ice cream over peach cobbler, wear sunscreen, and to shower together to save water. You always give the best advice. Dear Ten Bells Tavern, so good to finally have a British pub in the Bishop Arts District. Looking forward to fish and chips and a Morland Old Speckled Hen in your beer garden. Dear Husband, thanks for cooking me bbq wibs the other night. You know how to make this Kansas City girl so happy.

What's your favorite place to hang out with friends on a summer night?

Our garden or down by the river is usually a good place to find us. Then again the weather has been really sucky recently so we haven't been able to go.

The lake! I love living a 5 minute bike ride away from Lake Constance. It makes every study session better when you can be looking forward to seeing the sun setting behind the Alps while sitting at the lake. Amazing!

I feel truly blessed to be able to go to school here. But, just like you, I believe Constance would be the perfect city if it was in the north instead of way south, a little bit bigger, less touristy and right by the beach :D

hi there, summer nights are perfect in our castle! we live nearby a mid-century castle with a peace university. yesterday there was a summer party with african music and dance, great veggie food and a nearly full moon. extra plus for having my sister and her boyfriend here for a week and spending the evenings with them. love, Eva from Austria

Just found your site and I adore it! How fun that we live in the same area. Keep up what you're doing. Keep writing letters. Keep acknowledging folks who are unique and amazing.

In college, we used to go to the beach at night and talk for hours. I miss those days.
