{Gratitude} Lately

Sunday, January 27, 2013

Lately I've been thankful for pups below my feet and homemade meals with friends.

For sunsets and quiet evenings at home.

For road trips and the opportunity to do things we love.

For simple packages and the thoughtfulness of others.

For 24 hour vets and lazy afternoons.

For chickens to chase and the laughter they bring.

And for old copper bowls that remind mind me of my Papa.
What have you been grateful for lately?
Here's to gratitude and how it turns everything into enough.
Happy Sunday, brave ones.

I'm grateful for my animal companions, new days, fresh perspectives, downloads of inspiration from above,...and that God doesn't give up on us... And that I discovered you both!

I'm grateful for a roof over my head, legs for running, and friends who buy me pizza and compliment my haircut.

For my dogs who make me smile every day, for a seriously awesome pregnancy (due date is FRIDAY!!!) that is almost over, for health and love and the town of Bend! All good things.

Lately I've been thankful for a home away from home, for the time I got to spend w/ my brother and sister in law, for the opportunity to serve my community and for having so much fun while doing that, for meeting new friends and for the discovery of apricot peach tea (so delicious).
Happy Sunday Em, and thank you for always reminding me to be grateful for the simple things in life!

I'm thankful for people who remind me to keep gratitude lists. And for smoothies with coconut milk and bananas. And road trips. And little sisters with six pack abs who are amazing at gymnastics. And God working in my family's life even though I'm not there to try to fix everything.
