Dear Mr. Loerke, next week marks almost three months of living out of boxes. I never knew how much I loved cardboard. #lessismore Dear MJS, thank you from the bottom of our empty mugs for the pound of coffee you left us at Quills. Humbled by your thoughtfulness and grateful you got to explore the city we now call home! Dear Missing Loaf Pan, when there's only one of you we make muffins. We're okay with this. Dear Timothy James, love you more than new boobie baskets and socks found behind the dryer. Over and out.

Happy Tuesday! What's your favorite way to brew coffee? We do pour over most mornings, but also love our French press.

French to the press, even though our french family says it's not french but Italian. Either way we love the foam around the edge.

I have converted all of my roomies (that drink coffee) to Moka Pot! Once they tasted how good strong espresso is in the morning - they never looked back! Inherited from my grams - my baby blue one is a workhorse!

I'm an AeroPress kind of girl! We have a French press, but to me, it's just never as good as an AeroPress. Plus, that way when we're camping (which is often), coffee is just like I'm at home (though we do also have a camping French press - we're serious coffee people).

The old fashioned way. Brew a pot and let it sing while it's working. Although I admit, I don't really care HOW my coffee gets made, as long as its made. Yum. You've inspired me. I believe it's time for some now...

at home, we use our hario v60 with the kone to make magical dance-in-your-jammers coffee! (ps. you should really ask little about her sweet hip-hop dance routine... because it's pretty much the shiz.)

lub yew,

I currently use a french press, though I don't have the technique down quite yet. I think my favorite coffee ever came from Spain and a stovetop Moka pot. Someday I will get one of my own!

My favorite is pour over, but I only have time for it on the weekends. Otherwise M-F I use a cuisinart drip and anticipate better tasting coffee on Saturday and Sunday. I also have a small french press I take camping; I love having the contrast of delicious, fancy coffee while "roughing it".
