Dear Timothy James, so far this week you've folded 4 loads of laundry, picked up Zofran from the pharmacy for me at 3am, and rocked Brave to sleep after my 234th failed attempt. Thanks for being such a faithful wingman. Dear Bravey Train, you teach me lots of things, mostly to stay flexible. This reminder was especially good after Monday's flat tire. Dear West Coast Road Trip, nothing made us question our zip code more than after seeing Big Sur and Portland. That said, I'm thankful we call the 8th best city in America home! Dear Mr. Loerke, today the aunties and my mom visit Louisville. This means you will be outnumbered 6 to 1 when it comes to estrogen at the Harvest House. I hope it's okay I told River she could fart and pee with her leg up as often as she wants.

Happy Friday, brave ones! What are you most looking forward to this weekend?

Happy Friday! I've got a list that includes baking funfetti cookies, putting together a care package for my cousin who just left for college (including said cookies), painting a night stand, cooking more whole30 recipes, and creating artwork for a friend's daughter's room. I. Love. Weekends.

Are you still sickly post-pregnancy? Saw hubs is still getting you Zofran. I love your beautiful and honest views on motherhood.

Sorry that you need the Zofran - sounds icky!

My happy things for the weekend? Glad you asked...trying to stay positive even though school is starting for me on Monday. 1. Girls night tonight which will include good food and conversation. 2. Coffee date with another friend tomorrow. 3. Laundry - glad I have my own washer and dryer. :)

Looking forward to leaving for our annual family vacation in Austria on Sunday. We always leave in the wee hours of the morning so that we are at our destination at 9a, right in time for brekky ;-)

Get well soon! And have an awesome weekend with your family. There is just nothing better than spending time with the ones we love!

I hope to catch up on some reading, spend LOTS of time with my sweet baby Sam, hang with my Mom and Sister, and make a ballin' salad for dinner Saturday night.

Enjoy all of the ladies at the HH!

My beau is coming over this Saturday! We live an hour and a half away and the most we get to see each other is once a week. Not complaining, but it sure does get me excited when Friday rolls around! :D Loved this week's post! I must admit, I feel a little sorry for Tim being so outnumbered! ha ha

I love looking at your blog. Your daughter is so sweetly cute! This weekend at our house: visiting my parents for the first time with Addyson, our 11 day old little girl. I hope for many hugs and kisses! Her dad is out numbered here - Addy and I, and 3 girl pups with 1 man. He copes well when we have more girl visitors, though I notice the dogs end up needing more long walks while we have company!

She is freakin' adorable, first of all.

Secondly, my man and I made a similar west coast trip, Santa Cruz to Seattle, while I was pregnant and while I love Vermont, I still think about picking up and moving out there!

I am impressed with your bravery in making that road trip with an infant. I'm still slightly terrified driving my 14 week old to the grocery store! Thanks for the inspiration. :)

Your weekends sounded amazing! I hope they turned out to be everything you needed ...

Amy & Steph, y'all are so sweet. It had been since first trimester since I had last hugged a toilet bowl. I guess I was due! Two negative pregnancy tests eliminated the possibility of having another bun in the oven. THANK GOODNESS.
