{Gratitude Lately}

Friday, October 10, 2014

Lately I've been thankful for rainy afternoons, morning coffee, and a good read with a side of ice cream.

For funnel cake and pumpkin rolls at our local fall festival.

For dirty paws and time in the garden before 9am.

For morning worship and Sunday brunch with sweet friends.

For flannel shirts and fall days catching brown trout.

For outdoor flea markets and chilly afternoons.

For early mornings and Sunergos' pumpkin spice lattes.

For dear friends from out of town and the love they have for our offspring.

And for walks in neighborhoods that inspire me.
Here's to gratitude and how it turns everything into enough.
Happy Friday, brave ones.
What have you been thankful for lately?

for 10 mile runs around the nation's capital, early mornings fueled with freshly brewed pour overs, and for picking "pun-kins" that can fit in the palm of a chubby little hand. happy weekend!

I'm grateful for campsites with Christmas lights, preceptors that love to teach, and a husband who likes making lattes in the morning.

Happy Canadian Thanksgiving!
I'm grateful for a warm house with power (thousands are without in Calgary right now.). I'm thankful for my parents who now own a small petting zoo that my girls can enjoy for hours and a husband that will sit and watch them for hours as they play. A healthy and happy family. And for my brother's friends; who will let him stay at their place while he finds a job in Vancouver.
All great things :)

For hot water, flannel sheets, my messy house, my messy garden, and my beloved.

Speaking of gardens, what kind of tomato is the pretty orange and red striped one in the photo above w/River?

Thanks for reminding me to be grateful!
