{Gratitude Lately}

Saturday, January 03, 2015

Lately I've been thankful for the smell of the Bungalow's wood burning stove.

For waving babes on birthday walks.

For Christmas memories turned chicken feed.

For my last trout of 2014.

For family who shows up when contractors don't.

And for kicking off the new year with bacon with a side of black eyed peas.
Here's to gratitude and how it turns everything into enough.
Happy Saturday, y'all!
What have you been thankful for lately?

Oh how I would love spending some days in your loft- Looks really cozy.
Days here are full with teacher-working-things again. But while my work-life balance isn´t well concerted right now, I´m grateful for the possibility to teach the love of Jesus for us (actually in grade 9) ;-)
And for 2 weeks spent loved with my beloved one at home.
And of course for my new merino cardigan santa gave to me ;-)
Happy New Year!!

Em - Just a little sentimental note:
you have no idea how much I enjoy your blog. Reading and seeing what you write, if I am not feeling well or in any other situation is a good feeling. You and the way you live and believe and love is an inspriation! Thank you SO much! *

Thankful for thrifted pallets that will be used to make patio garden beds and a new headboard!

Thanks for you constant encouragement through this blog!
