{Feeling Whole}

Tuesday, April 07, 2015

Most of you know I have a sweet tooth the size of an elephant seal and often choose restaurants based on their dessert menu. Since having Brave, I've started eating less healthy simply out of exhaustion and convenience. Before I knew it I had become a walking bowl of ice cream with arms and legs! {Thank you Blue Bell}. For the past four years I've kicked off every April with Whole30 in an attempt to nutritionally reset my unhealthy cravings and habits, as well as restore my metabolism, digestive tract, and balance out my immune system. It's always made me feel better emotionally, spiritually, and physically after completing 30 days of no sugar, dairy, grains, and alcohol. This time around I've been taking Plexus' probiotics and bio-cleanse and I can't tell you how much better I feel. I'm finally sleeping better at night, have more energy during the day, my skin has cleared up, and my hormones are balancing out again. Overall, I'm just thankful to be feeling so much better after only 7 days! I'm not one to typically share things like this on our blog unless I really believe in the product or mission. Let me know if you're interested in feeling better too and I can tell you more about it. In the meantime you can check out my Plexus website HERE. Here's to feeling whole again!

YEEE day seven, going strong! I'd love to hear more about your thoughts on whole eating and living. if you ever write a book about it, I'd be a happy camper

Way to go! Love how you share real life of being a mama. The exhaustion is real. I'm 8 mos. postpartum and finally getting our healthy eating back on track (with the help of Trim Healthy Mama). Thanks for sharing what's making you feel great! xo

I'm trying this, but I keep having to restart. do you have friends that don't understand or give you a hard time about what you are/are not eating? If do, how do you handle it? - ally
