Evening Thoughts: Sometimes it's okay to set new goals mid-year.
Read before bed and asleep by 10:30pm.

Have had that same goal since January...for me it's definitely easier said than done. I always get distracted around 9.45pm and when I check the clock again it's usually after 10.30pm already :D How is it going for you?

Girrrrrrl, if you're old then I am a grandma! I go to bed between 9:30-10:30 every night! But enjoy this new goal, soak up the words, and snuggle deep in the biscuit for some much needed rest!

I don't always get the reading part in but def asleep by 10:30. We must be the same age- or just know how precious sleep is!

kristina, doing great about the 10:30pm bedtime ... struggling with the reading a bit, but i'm slowly making my way through this book! it's so good!
