{Today's Letters}

Dear Timothy James, recently we watched The Fundamentals of Caring. Two fist pumps for being one of our favorite movies of the year! Thank you for reminding us that nothing compares to patient growth and spontaneous adventure. Dear Crescent Hill Dad, last night I saw you riding a tandem bike with your blind daughter. Never before has Frankfort Ave seen so much love.  Dear Bravey Train, every day when you pour syrup onto your pancakes you say "good morning" to Aunt Jemima. You also think every cigarette on the sidewalk is a piece of chalk. I adore you. Dear Mr. Loerke {who always gets two letters}, 32 days until your 10 day backpacking trip to Wyoming. Already missing you more than bucking broncos and western wheat grass.

Happy Monday, y'all! Lots of good things ahead this week ...

Happy Monday indeed. Brave's oh-so-cute face in that photo is my look on Monday mornings walking into the office - but Brave is dressed far better. Love the hat - I will try that next time.

We all could learn to take time and wish Aunt Jemima good morning. Here's to being kind and thankful.

Backpacking in Wyoming - what a grand adventure! Thanks Loerke family for sharing your part of the world with us and reminding us to be grateful in all things.

I love that you support and encourage one another to take such adventurous trips alone or with just friends! That is so awesome. I am a free spirited person but now have 3 kids and a husband that is self-employed (we owe a little store/deli/cafe). Travel and adventure have definitely been lacking. When you are missing something that truly feeds your spirit, it makes life a little challenging. You inspire me that I can still be me, even though I'm a mom and part of a "We". Maybe I should email you for more....since this is getting long....and a little personal..... =)
