{Gratitude Lately}

Friday, August 19, 2016

Lately I've been thankful for a hive that's ready for it's last summer harvest.

For being reminded of one of my favorite books each morning.

For a Friday night on the river with my dude.

For the way this girl makes us laugh.

For new Whole30 recipes {Day 11 is for the birds!}

And for thoughtful gifts left hanging in our loft.
Here's to gratitude and how it turns everything into enough.
Happy Friday, brave ones.
What have you been thankful for lately?

Man oh man I look forward to this particular post week after week. It always helps me S-L-O-W down and recap on the good of the week.

Lately I am grateful for:
1. Starting a new Steinbeck book (my fav author)
2. A house quickly becoming a home (just bought our first home)
3. A 2 year old boy whose imagination is expanding (and keeps me laughing)
4. A spouse who's been working so hard with his new shift and still makes time to flirt (and tickle)
5. And for warm coffee in recently unpacked mugs (that now reside in their proper cabinet)

Day 5 here! Thanks for sharing a new recipe (I feel like the highlight of my evenings is reading new Whole 30 recipes!). And of course eating compliant bacon. Please tell me that doesn't get old by day 11. ;-)
